Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who enters via the Arriva Trains Wales Events and Promotions website.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. The prize is return rail tickets for 2 people to Cardiff, £100 St David’s Gift Card and One night’s stay for 2 people at St David's Hotel & Spa, Cardiff Bay.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. The closing date for entries is 19th March 2010. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by 31st March 2010 and will be notified by e-mail.

6. The draw is not open to employees of Arriva Trains Wales, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw.

8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is subject to availability and change.

10. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activity, and to have their photograph and name featured on promotional material for Arriva Trains Wales.
